DOS Corrects Proposed Rule Regarding Exchange Visitor Program

The Department of State has amended an earlier proposed rule regarding secondary school students in the Exchange Visitor Program. The original proposed rule did not include information regarding the requirements of criminal background checks on all program sponsor officers, employees, representatives, agents and volunteers.
